Q.
Where's My Order?
A.
It is likely on its way. We have a pretty small business here
and most orders are made as they are placed. Since we offer a
load of designs, several different types of shirts, six different
sizes, and a wild amount of colors and inks, we have no way to
stock an inventory of all the tees. So when you order, we make
it. But all in all, it usually takes about a week or so from the
time we get the order, until the time it ships out. Sometimes
a little longer if you order on a tee we don't have in stock (say
3X hot pink tank top....). But that said, it'll make it there.
You are welcome to fire over an email to sales at funkjungle dot
com to check the status, but trust me, we didn't waste hours upon
end building a site, setting up a business account, and jumping
through all these hoops to steal $25 from ya. But anyway, drop
a line if you want and we'll give you an approximate ETA.
Q.
What's Your Shipping Policy?
A.
We
don't really have a policy per se, we get your order in over the
Internet or phone and we take it over the warehouse to print.
We try to do things in roughly the order they came in, but sometimes
more popular tees get done more often than less ordered tees.
When your order is complete, we drop it in the mail and send it
out to you.
We
use the US Post Office for all of our shipments. If for some reason
you absolutely must have something shipped to you via UPS, FedEx,
DHL, or some other carrier... we'll make every attempt to do so.
Please just let us know in advance and be aware that these services
may cost a bit more than standard shipping.
Q.
Do you offer International Orders? If so, is International Shipping
More?
A.
We
do offer limited International sales and shipping. We've been
burned in the past by shady types who run up fraudulent charges
and have us sending packages to God-Knows-Where, so now International
sales are accepted only through PayPal, and to addresses in select
countries we like (Canada, UK, Ireland, etc...) If you find your
country isn't on our good side, drop us an email and we'll try
and work something out. There are just too many crooks to be too
trusting online. As to the shipping, it is a bit pricier than
domestic shipping, but this is due to the fact that we have to
wait in line down at the Post Office again and fill out customs
forms and the like, and because Intl shipping just costs more.
(Bet you are happy about the falling value of the dollar though.)
Q.
Can I get a tracking number?
A.
Probably not. We ship US
Mail and for the most part they do not offer tracking. We can
include delivery confirmation, but to do so we have to go physically
wait in line at the post office a opposed to metering our own
mail. Being that we are a little company, sending half our staff
down the road to wait in line for a tracking number isn't a real
high priority. If you have to have one, drop a line and we'll
see what we can do, otherwise, give it a week or so and if the
tee isn't there let us know and we'll find out why.
Q.
Can you make my shirt;
Choose
one; in size 4XL, on a red t-shirt,
on a tank top, with blue text?
A.
Well
maybe.... it depends on a number of factors....
Generally
speaking, we're happy to do "custom" orders if you're
willing to wait a bit for us to get to it. In most of these circumstances
we need to special order the shirts from our distributor, and
then set up everything and run them along with our next custom
run. If you don't mind the delay, we can usually accomodate you.
If alternatively, you need the tee tomorrow, or you want it printed
in glowing silver ink (which we don't have) we may not be able
to help you out. Just drop an email and we'll let you know.
Q.
Do you guys print a logo on your tees?
A.
Yep,
but it isn't much. You can look at the design and see the little
"Funk Jungle" tag in there somewhere. Usually it is
just a small text print included somewhere in the design. I wouldn't
call it a logo so much as an indication of the brand.
Q.
Can I order without a credit card?
A.
Sure...
you can fire us a payment via PayPal, or drop a check or Money
Order in the mail. PayPal comes to sales at funkjungle dot com

Make
sure to include the item number, size, style, and color for each
shirt you want. Also, make sure to include proper shipping for
all items you want (you can determine shipping by using our shopping
cart and proceeding through the checkout without actually purchasing
any items.) Finally, please make all check or MO payments to Tech
Difference. That is the legal company name and
when we receive checks to FunkJungle.com the bank is a pain in
the ass about cashing them. If your check is made out to Funk
Jungle we will try to deposit it, but if the bank says no, you'll
have to resend a new check with the correct Pay To for us to ship
your order. |
